1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999be Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8999be Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conduct any transaction designed to conceal the origin, nature, or ownership of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or collaborative exploitation of casino game mechanics.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting promotional terms in ways that were not intended by 8999be, including systematic arbitrage of bonus wagering requirements.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other automated tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without genuine human participation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to genuine 8999be transactions. 7.1 Voluntary Closure

8.1 Game Errors and Malfunctions
